Payment is due upon registration, and we reserve the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received within the specified timeframe. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We will refund your payment, minus any applicable administrative fees, provided that you have given us sufficient notice. If you fail to provide sufficient notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will provide a full refund or a credit towards a future training session, at our discretion

All training materials, including course content, images, videos, and software, are the intellectual property of THE BEST and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any training materials without our prior written consent. You agree to respect our intellectual property rights and to use the training materials solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will THE BEST be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, arising out of or in connection with our training services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the training materials, any interruptions or cancellations of training sessions, or any actions or inactions of our instructors or staff. Our liability for any damages or losses will be limited to the amount of your payment for the training services.
2. Payment of Services
All payments for our services must be made in advance, and we accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with our services, and you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Payment is due upon registration, and we reserve the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

5. Training Cancellation/ Re-scheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or re-schedule a training session, please notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel or re-schedule within 48 hours of the start time, you will be subject to a cancellation/re-scheduling fee of [insert percentage or amount]. If you fail to show up for a scheduled training session without notice, you will be responsible for the full payment of the session. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will provide a full refund or a credit towards a future training session, at our discretion.
6. Term & Termination of Training
The term of our training services will commence on the start date specified in your registration or order, and will continue for the duration of the training program or course. Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other. If you terminate this agreement, you will be responsible for paying for all training services received prior to termination, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any prepaid training services. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if you fail to pay for training services when due, or if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, you will immediately cease using our training materials and services.
